River Vaca Windy Day Fail

I came across the River Vaca in the summer of 2012, the far end which was blocked by sluice gates, looked promising with plenty of carp, but was unfishable due to all the weed.

I went back 2 days ago (16th January 2013) but was beaten by the weather. I think winter arrived today.
