Canela (Cinnamon) Paste
This Spanish "Canela Paste" is in fact made from the spice cinnamon, I've never tried it before, but a friend in the village swears by it. I think he might be pulling my leg, but I'll give it a go anyway, but I'll be doing it my way.
In the second half of the video I use the paste at my local river, but unfortunately the session was cut short when I received an emergency phone call, informing me my wife was in hospital.
