Accommodation
To ensure total comfort during your stay we have selected our accommodation very carefully. Ranging from bank side bivvy type setups using the latest equipment, to official Rural Houses and Hotels where we have stayed and can personally recommend. (Click on any picture to enlarge)
Andalusian barbel: We have some newly constructed houses in the middle of the Sierras, 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, front room and terrace. Large swimming pool (shared). Air conditioning and heating. 2 anglers per room (if you would like a room to yourself then a supplement would be charged). It is situated 12 kilometers from the river. There is an on site hunting lodge which offers excellent meals. Travel time from Airport two and a half hours.
Comizo Barbel: The hotel we have chosen for this venue is only a few metres from the river, in fact you can see the fish topping from your room.
Black Bass: Same as Andalusian barbel.
Carp: For the carp you have the option of the same accomadatios as with the Andalusian barbel or we can bivvy up on the banks of the lake, and enjoy the nights under the stars.
Pike: For this venue we have a wonderful Rural House with three double bedrooms, bathroom, living room and basic kitchen. The idea of Rural Houses in Spain is to preserve the older styles of local architecture, once ruined buildings are restored using authentic materials and generally used for tourism. The house is in a charming village which boasts a couple of hotels and various bars and restaurants, the pace of life is unhurried it is a truly Beautiful spot. The house is situated just a few metres from
the waters edge.
Food and Drink
The food on offer is of exceptional quality with many local dishes. Spanish wines are vastly underrated and there is a real treat awaiting the visitor. The only thing you need concern yourself with is the extra lb,s you might put on. Prices are more than reasonable and you will find that your pound goes further than in the UK.
